Philosophy

We install solar as if we're coming back to service it every year for 25 years. Because we will.

Every bolt torqued to spec. Every connection tested. Built for the long run.

SolarTNP

Vietnamese craft, Japanese standards

SolarTNP is a Vietnamese company, built around a deep partnership with Japan. We install to Japanese engineering standards, source components through trusted global partners, and rely on our own Vietnamese crew who know local roofs, local weather, and local grid realities. We are a young company — every system we've installed has been sized properly and installed without shortcuts.

Vietnamese company, global partners.

Global partners — panel quality evaluated at the manufacturing level, sourced at competitive prices without compromising standards
Japanese standards — every mounting bolt torqued to spec, every connection tested, a 25-year mindset on day one
Vietnamese craft — our own installation crew who know Vietnamese roofs, EVN bureaucracy, and monsoon seasons
The combination: global sourcing leverage, Japanese engineering rigour, and local execution in one project

Process

How It Works

A clear, four-stage process — from first conversation to years of after-sales support.

  1. Consult

    01

We start with an honest conversation

A no-pressure first conversation — your average electricity bill, property type, and roof ownership. We tell you honestly whether solar makes sense for your situation right now.

  2. Design

    02

We design and quote your system, free

A free site assessment covers roof area, shading, structure, and your electrical distribution board. We then design your system — panel and inverter selection, cable routing, mounting method — and hand you a written proposal with one all-in price.

  3. Install

    03

Our own crew installs it, to Japanese standards

Our own crew — never a subcontractor — handles roof mounting, cable management, inverter wiring, and commissioning over 2–4 days, using Japanese-grade mounting hardware and code-compliant wiring throughout. We also file your DOIT notification and manage EVN grid connection.

  4. Support

    04

We watch over your system for years

At handover you receive your full warranty package and monitoring app credentials. The first 12 months of callouts are free, and we monitor your system's generation so we can flag problems before you notice them.

SolarTNP

Warranty & After-Sales

Most installers disappear the moment your payment clears. A SolarTNP system carries five protections that stack from handover all the way to year 25 — so there's never a gap in coverage.

Workmanship

2 years

Any wiring, connection, or assembly issue traced back to our install — we fix it, full stop, no argument about whose fault it was

Backed bySolarTNP

Roof waterproofing

2 years

The roof leak every Vietnamese homeowner fears — if our penetrations or flashings cause it, we fix your ceiling, not you

Backed bySolarTNP

Inverter

5–10 years

If a manufacturing fault takes it down, parts and labour are covered — you don't pay twice for someone else's defect

Backed byManufacturer (model-dependent)

Mounting hardware

10 years

No corrosion, no structural failure, for a decade — the part nobody thinks about until it's the part that matters

Solar panels

25 years

Guaranteed to still produce ≥89% of rated power at year 25 — in writing, from the manufacturer, not a sales promise

Every layer above is contractual, not promotional — and because we install with a 25-year mindset from day one, we intend to be here for all of it.

Beyond the Warranty

Free support that doesn't end when the invoice does

Year 1

For the first 12 months after handover, all callouts are free. This is our baseline, not a promotion.

Year 2 onward

From year 2, an optional annual maintenance plan covers two panel cleaning visits and a full technical inspection. Ask us for current pricing.

Japanese Engineering

Why Japanese Standards Matter

Vietnam's solar market has grown quickly in recent years — and inconsistent quality from cut-rate suppliers is a real problem. We work with Chinese and Japanese manufacturers and global partners for their 25-year linear output guarantees and degradation as low as 0.45% per year. Cheaper, poorly-installed alternatives often degrade at 1.5–2% per year, losing half their output within 15 years. Over a 25-year system life, that gap almost always outweighs the upfront price difference.

  • ≤0.45% annual degradation — still ≥89% of rated output at year 25
  • Tighter manufacturing tolerances and rigorous quality control
  • Long warranty terms, backed by established manufacturers

We're solar engineers first — site assessment, system design, and installation built around how Vietnamese homes and businesses actually use their power.

Once installed, nobody watches over your system for longer or more carefully. That's not a slogan. It's how we built the business.

International Sourcing & Shipping

Sourcing and shipping, beyond our own installs

Beyond the systems we install in Vietnam, SolarTNP sources solar equipment through the same trusted global supplier network — and ships it to clients across the US and Southeast Asia. Same sourcing standards, same quality checks, wherever it's headed.
